Hi Denise! I wanted to say that I was proud of myself this year. Thank you for always challenging me. I heard your little voice with me during Christmas brunch. Usually it's a brunch full of sweets. Mostly everything is sweet or bread related. We have sparkling cider, there's usually a vanilla yogurt bar with fruit/chocolate chips & shredded coconut (but it's not the good kind). The other entre we have is egg soufflé with either bread in it or hash browns. There's cheddar cheese, green onions and ham baked in there too. There's also fruit compote, which is super sweet with canned fruit and sugary sauce. It actually looked gross this year. I would typically just put up with it, but this year I was smart and took action ahead of time. I bought my own grass-fed plain yogurt for the yogurt bar and ate some of the eggs and drank the sparkling coder. I wasn't on a "sugar regret" this year. I felt good after. Thank you for running this race with us/me."

All the information provided in Revitalize You! was definitely needed. It's an excellent program. You just have to be diligent and follow through.
I received learning and encouragement points from weight loss, food safety, good foods to eat to functional wellness tips. I will be eating less gluten and dairy. These points are most helpful to me. I will and have referred others to receive REVITALIZE YOU! coaching. ~ Linda Estes Jan. 2024
I can't believe I've been able to follow this for 3 weeks; that's unlike me. I no longer feel bloated. I've ended (2) prescriptions & doing well.
