A Witness Must Be 20 feet Away

My friend and his wife were recently hit in a car accident; they’re fortunately uninjured.   Ron, in the passenger seat, asked
the officer if he could be a witness.  He was told that a witness must be at least 20 feet away from the scene of the accident in order have a pure overview for proper assessment.   A witness also could not be the spouse of the driver.  This dynamic
is no different than needing the services of a Relationship or Life Coach or a counselor.  You need someone outside the situation to get a more accurate observation, assessment and guidance.  And this is what I DO as a Coach for you!
